Inspired by the end of the world and the teardrop beauty of the human spirit, Klaatu was penned in 2009. Untitled for a time, the song underwent multiple name changes until it was eventually named after a character in the film 'The Day the Earth Stood Still'. Turned down by Flowers For Lily, the song was released online in 2011.
